Our 9-stall main barn sits at the back of the property overlooking eight pastures and the CoverAll indoor arena. The main barn has a heated bathroom, rubber matting in each stall, automatic fly spray system and great ventilation. The stalls are 10' x 12'  and have bars on the upper half, promoting good ventilation and airiness.

Directly adjacent to the main barn is the annex. It has 6-stalls with rubber matting and a heated boarders' tackroom complete with plenty of room for tack boxes.

During the winter months the barn stays warm. It usually maintains a temperature of at least 25 - 30 degrees. We do not heat the barn except in extreme conditions and use a commercial grade torpedo heater.

During the summer months both barns usually have a breeze blowing through them. There are three commercial fans in the main barn which are strategically located to help circulate the air and the annex has three commerical grade ceiling fans mounted above the stalls to promote good ventilation.

Outside the main barn is the 62' x 150' CoverAll indoor arena built in 2004. It features sand footing and has curtains on each of the long sides that are opened during warmer weather to provide a picturesque and quiet setting in which to train and practice. It has great ventilation and is cooler in summer and warmer in winter than conventional arenas. It is groomed every day to make sure the footing is always optimal. The arena is brightly lit and because of the unique design of the roof, almost eliminates noise caused by weather, such as heavy rain and winds. The arena is dragged on a daily basis with a TR-3 drag. In 2007, mirrors were added to the far end of the arena to allow riders to view their progress. A surround sound stereo system was also installed with four speakers.

To protect your valuable asset there is a security gate at the entrance of the farm and strategically placed surveillance cameras that monitor the entire property to prevent both tack and horse theft. Boarders are each given their own code to gain access to the farm.

A 9:00 p.m. barn check is performed every night. All the horses are checked and fed hay again if necessary.
